Rewire Daily — Privacy Policy

Rewire Daily ("we," "us," or "our") provides a wellness app designed to support calm, relaxation, mindfulness, and emotional well-being ("the App"). This Privacy Policy explains what information we handle and how. By using the App, you agree to this policy.

Rewire Daily is a wellness and self-care tool. It is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. It is not a substitute for professional care.

Information We Collect We built Rewire Daily to be privacy-first. We collect as little as possible.

Information you provide • Onboarding answers (e.g., your goals, how you're feeling). These are stored only on your device to personalize your experience. • Messages you send to AI Guidance. When you use the AI Guidance feature, the text you type is sent securely to our processing service and to our AI provider (OpenAI) solely to generate a response. We do not use these messages to build an advertising profile, and we do not sell them.

Information collected automatically • Subscription status. Purchases are processed by Apple and managed through our subscription provider (RevenueCat). We receive your subscription status (active / not active) but never see your full payment-card details — those are handled entirely by Apple. • Basic technical/diagnostic data used to keep the App running reliably (e.g., crash and performance data).

Information we do NOT collect • We do not require an account, name, or email to use the core app. • We do not collect your contacts, photos, precise location, or health records. • We do not sell your personal information.

How We Use Information • To provide and personalize the App's features (meditation, breathwork, affirmations, grounding, and AI Guidance). • To process and validate your subscription. • To maintain, secure, and improve the App. • To respond to support requests.
AI Guidance AI Guidance offers supportive, non-clinical reflections to encourage breathing, grounding, mindfulness, and journaling. It is not therapy, medical advice, or crisis care. If you are in crisis or may be in danger, please contact your local emergency services or a crisis line immediately (in the U.S., call or text 988). Messages are processed by OpenAI under their applicable terms. We send only the text needed to generate a reply.
Third-Party Services We rely on a small number of trusted providers: • Apple — app distribution and payment processing. • RevenueCat — subscription management. • Supabase — secure backend processing and audio delivery. • OpenAI — generating AI Guidance responses. Each processes data only as needed to provide their service.
Data Retention On-device data (your onboarding answers and preferences) remains on your device and is removed if you delete the App. AI message processing is transient and used only to generate your response.
Children's Privacy Rewire Daily is intended for users age 17 and older and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
Your Choices & Rights • You can stop data processing at any time by not using AI Guidance and by deleting the App. • You can manage or cancel your subscription anytime in your Apple ID settings. • Depending on where you live (e.g., EEA, UK, California), you may have rights to access, correct, or delete personal information. Security We use industry-standard measures to protect information in transit and at rest. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we work to safeguard your data.
Changes to This Policy We may update this policy from time to time. We'll revise the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, notify you in the App.
